What we collect

When you apply, Medizoid Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. receives your name, email, optional phone number, location, experience, area of interest, optional message and PDF resume. Your consent and submission time are recorded.

Why we collect it

The information is used to consider your employment interest, manage recruitment review and contact you about your application. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an interview.

Who can access it

The authorised recruiter can review your details, download the resume, record internal notes, update your recruitment stage and record interview information. Cloudflare provides the hosting, sign-in and database services used by this portal. Resume files are not public website assets.

Retention

Applications expire after 180 days and become unavailable to recruiters. Expired application details, documents, notes and interview records are purged when the recruitment service next processes routine activity.

Requests and questions

To request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion of your application, contact [email protected] and include your application reference. Please do not include unnecessary identity documents in the request.

What not to submit

Include only information relevant to your employment interest. This form does not request government identity documents, bank details or medical records.

Basic abuse prevention

To limit spam, the service uses a daily hash of the submitting network address and limits submission frequency. It does not retain that address in plaintext in the application database.
